Welcome to textmygf. The textmygf Service (defined below) is operated by Basis Ventures, LLC ("us,"
"we" "textmygf", or "the Service"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree that you have read,
understand and are bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to change or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. Your
continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
textmygf is in no way liable for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred by its users.
Users use the site and its services purely at their own risk. Users are responsible for all costs
incurred using the Service including, but not limited to, the costs associated with reimbursing
someone for sending them a text message or email he or she did not want to receive.
It is your sole responsibility to evaluate and incur all risks associated with the use of any
Content or use of the Service in any way. Under no circumstances will textmygf be liable
in any way for any any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service.
Privacy
We care about the privacy of our users and enourage you to read our Privacy Policy.
Your use of textmygf signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. You further
acknowledge and agree that textmygf may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your
Content and/or information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user
information, if required to do so by law or in good faith to protect the rights, property, or personal
safety of textmygf and its users.

You agree not to ask us to send text messages or emails to anyone who does not want to receive them. You agree that it is entirely your responsibility to make this determination, and you agree that you are responsible for reimbursing the message recipient for all costs he or she incurred as a result of you asking us to send the message recipient a text message or e-mail. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of the message itself and any additional charges the message recipient may have been billed by his carrier for receiving a number of messages in excess of what his plan allowed for that billing cycle.

You agree that when you ask us to send a text message or e-mail on your behalf, you give us explicit permission to impersonate your e-mail address and phone number for the purposes of that message.

You must provide a valid email address upon registration.

Accounts can be created and used by humans only. No robots or other automated methods can be used to sign up or use this site.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright, liability, and tax laws).

You agree not to in any way add or post Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory or in any way deviant from social or legal norms. This includes content that is in any way harmful to minors, involves pornography or any form of sexual conduct, or is invasive of another's rights, privacy, or property. This also includes the posting of copyrighted, trademarked, or personal information without the explicit consent of those involved.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While textmygf prohibits
such conduct and content on the Service, you understand and agree that textmygf cannot be responsible for the
Content posted and that you may nonetheless be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your
own risk. Should you object to any term or condition of the Terms of Service, any site guidelines, community
norm, or any subsequent modification to the Terms of Service or become in any way dissatisfied with the
Service, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.
Termination
textmygf, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all
current or future use of the Service in order to comply with the law, Terms of Service, or in good faith to
protect the rights, property, or personal safety of textmygf and its users. Such termination of the Service will
result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and
relinquishment of all content in your account. textmygf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any
reason at any time, particularly those who have abused the Service in the past.
Copyright and Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

textmygf does not pre-screen Content, but reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
General Conditions

You must not modify, adapt, crack, or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with textmygf or any of its services. This includes, but is not limited to "phishing".

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be modified so as to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of textmygf.

textmygf may, but has no obligation to, remove content or accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or the letter and spirit of the Terms of Service.

textmygf reserves the right to restrict your usage if your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by textmygf) of other textmygf users.

textmygf in no way warrants that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Although we will do our best to provide a quality service, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate or reliable.

Although we will strive to be responsive to the needs of our users, the failure of textmygf to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not in any way constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Furthermore, our failure to remove any inappropriate Content in no way demonstrates approval of such conduct.
You acknowledge that textmygf may establish limits concerning use of the Service, including limits on bandwidth,
storage, the amount of time that Content will be retained, the number and size of postings, and general use of
the Service. You agree that textmygf has no responsibility to store any Content involved in the Service and that
textmygf is not liable for the loss of any Content. You acknowledge that textmygf reserves the right at any time
to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that textmygf shall not be
liable to any user or third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. Upon registration,
textmygf grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to access the Service for your own personal use. This license can
be revoked at any time for any reason and is subject to modification, including, but not limited to changes in price,
access, storage, and bandwidth at the sole discretion of textmygf.
